PSI worked as Consultants for M/s Oberoi CHSL, Mumbai for their 500 KLD STP. The role of PSI was to conduct initial survey, Prepare Detailed Project Report (DPR), tender documents with technical specifications, help client in selection of Contractor, Supervision during Erection and Commissioning. The technology selected by PSI was MBR with Veolia membranes. The contract was awarded to M/s Reciclar Technologies Pvt Ltd. They are also responsible for 2 years O&M. The treated sewage is used for flushing and gardening thus implementing circular economy of urban water. The project reduced the dependence of Oberoi on tanker water.

M/s Godrej appointed PSI consultants for their 350 KLD STP in Mumbai. The role of PSI was to conduct initial survey, Prepare Detailed Project Report (DPR), tender documents with technical specifications, help client in selection of Contractor, Supervision during Erection and Commissioning. The technology selected by PSI was MBR. The contract is awarded to M/s Banka Bio on BOOT basis. The treated sewage is being used for flushing and gardening. It is further given tertiary treatment and being used as cooling tower make-up water.

PSI undertook Technical Audit of STPs for M/s Godrej Properties Ltd, M/s Oberoi and M/s Godrej Green Homes Ltd. PSI were awarded a contract by M/s Indian Oil Corporation Ltd LPG Bottling Plant Jammu to design and construct a STP of 15 KLD on turnkey basis. PSI were awarded a contract on turnkey basis by M/s Udyog Kala Kendra, a Textile Dying Industry for 10 KLD industrial effluent treatment plant (ETP).

PSI has trained engineers from Water Supply and Sewerage Boards of State Governments as well as engineers from corporate companies in water sectors such as STEM water in design of Sewage Treatment Plants, Sewerage Systems etc.

Our expert Dr Milind Kulkarni prepared Detailed Project Report (DPR) for Solid Waste Management of Dhule Municipal Corporation under Swacchh Bharat Mission Urban 2.0 guidelines for MITCON Consultancy & Engineering Services Pune – Environmental Management & Engineering Division. Bio-mining, Material Recovery Facility for dry waste, Bio-digester and Composting Pits for wet waste, Construction & Demolition Waste Processing Plant were some of the components of the DPR.

PSI is empaneled with Brihan-Mumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) for providing Solid Waste Management services. PSI provided Design, Construction, Operation and Maintenance of SWM Systems, Recycling of dry waste and composting of wet waste, for residential & commercial complexes of reputed companies like Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, ACC, Reserve Bank of India Employees Housing Society and more than 20 housing societies since September 2017. Every day 2 tons and by February 2026, 6200 tons of waste is saved from going to landfills by the efforts of PSI.

Composting Cages with accessories manufactured by PSI are used by many organizations such as IOCL Belgaum BP, IOCL Muzaffarpur BP, ACC Damodar Cement Works, Purulia, IOCL Leh and many other residential and commercial complexes for composting their wet waste.

PSI has trained the operators of solid waste management systems of IOCL, ACC, RBI, Housing Societies in recycling of dry waste and composting of wet waste. Our expert Dr. Milind Kulkarni has trained the municipal functionaries of the states of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Goa and Tripura in the areas such as Solid Waste Management, Fecal Sludge and Septage Management, Swachh Survekshan for Regional Center for Urban & Environmental Studies (RCUES) of All India Institute for Local Self Government, Mumbai and supported by Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India.
